Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has officially renamed Al Khail Metro Station to Al Fardan Exchange Metro Station. The station, located on the Red Line between interchanges 4 and 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road, was rebranded following a naming rights agreement between RTA and Al Fardan Exchange.
Under this partnership, Al Fardan Exchange will gain exclusive brand visibility at the metro station, supported by smart technologies and advanced solutions.
Abdul Muhsen Kalbat, CEO of RTA’s Rail Agency, highlighted the significance of the agreement, emphasizing the strong collaboration between the public and private sectors. He noted that the metro station naming initiative plays a crucial role in enhancing economic partnerships and supporting Dubai’s vision for sustainable growth.
Hasan Fardan Al Fardan, CEO of Al Fardan Exchange, expressed pride in the partnership, stating that the deal aligns with their commitment to innovation and community engagement.
The newly branded Al Fardan Exchange Metro Station will gradually reflect the changes across its signage, digital platforms, and public transport maps.
