All residents of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the UAE, can now enter Oman visa-free.
According to the Times of Oman, a new circular issued by the Directorate General of Passports and Residence said that quality has helped all commercial professions.
The circular also states that residents do not send anyone from their country of residence to see them.
"This is permitted at any time and from any destination they come from," the circular said.
A GCC resident's visa must be valid for at least three months to enter Oman.
The circular also states that the granting of visas to restricted nationalities will only be applied after following the regulatory rules.
