The Manila Bay in the Philippines has got a new look! It may be full of garbage a few years ago, this time, the government upped its game and made it look like one of the most attractive beaches in the world--Boracay.
The landmark was reopened last September 19 on the occasion of the International Coastal Cleanup Day.
