The UAE government has allocated a total of AED35 million for those affected by the super typhoon Rolly in the Philippines.
As announced by the Emirates Red Crescent on its Twitter account, the amount will be given under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE president, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Throughout the years, the UAE has been actively helping Filipinos in the Philippines if there are battered with natural calamities.
The Emirates Red Crescent, just this year, has also partnered with the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi, to provide humanitarian aid for those affected by the Taal volcano eruption.
Filipinos are grateful once again to the entire government of UAE for their cause.
