An Indian expat who has previously won a luxury car now won USD1-million from the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire Draw held yesterday at the Dubai International Airport.
Nitesh Sughnani, 35, is a director of higher education at the KHDA and has been living in the country for 30 years now.
The Indian, who was father to one, has also won a BMW 750Li in March 2011 at the Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise promotion.
"I always believe that I will win again one day. I have to mantras when it comes to this kind of promotion, if you're not in a draw you cannot win, and I always feel happy when I read that someone has won. Where in the world can you find this kind of opportunity? Only in Dubai and Dubai Duty Free!" he said.
Sighani is the 167th Indian to win USD1-million in the draw since its inception in 1999.
