Dubai-based bartender Jhulian Bruce was hailed as this year’s winner of the Makati TikTok Singing competition which was organized in an effort to Filipinos’ talent across the social media platform.
During the birthday bash, Jhulian delivered a number to the guests and the birthday celebrant.
