The rigorous RBA team has proven its might again in the field of basketball after ruling the FIBA 3x3 World Tour’s Basketball Games in Abu Dhabi recently.
The 11th edition of FIBA 3x3 World Tour, the most prestigious 3x3 event in the world, took place from 1st to 2nd week of December at the Etihad Arena in the capital.
Abu Dhabi has been a pioneer in 3x3. Not only did the city organize a FIBA 3x3 World Tour Masters last year - which featured ten Olympic medalists, it continuously organize huge events for Women's category too.
“We’re delighted to bring the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Final to Abu Dhabi for the third time for Mens Division,” FIBA Secretary General Andreas Zagklis said. The spiking interest for Women's 3x3 and the commitment of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council inspired us to organize for Women's Division.”
