The King Eagles Basketball League marked the 126th year of Philippine Independence with an exciting one-day tournament held at the Al Rigga Basketball Court. The event brought together various Filipino basketball teams in a spirited competition that highlighted both athletic skill and community camaraderie.
Competing teams included Team Trigun Basketball, Team Pansedal Basketball, Team Color Option Basketball, Team Saints Basketball, and Team 8Star Basketball, as well as participants from King Eagles Dubai Community, Filipino Social Club, CBL Basketball, Ka Dribolan, and Logo Cargo.
After a series of intense matches, Team Saints emerged as the Champion Team, showcasing remarkable teamwork and skill. Team Trigun secured the 1st Runner-Up position. Kuya Rolly was honored as the Best Coach, while Mr. Pongan was named the Finals MVP. Mr. Jubalde took home the MVP title for his outstanding performance throughout the tournament.
The event was graced by notable figures, including FilSoc Board of Director Mam Cecile and special guest PBA legend "The Tower of Power" Mr. Benjie Paras, adding prestige and excitement to the occasion.
